PREFERRED EXCHANGE IS REALLY A BUY-BACK OF STOCK! Ask any stockbroker. If Bernie was intending to go BK with the company, he wouldn't care about a preferred conversion or who was standing in line for assets. This conversion is nothing more than a company buying back its stock. Bernie has a plan. It may be a sale of assets, but something is brewing or why else would he buy back stock?
