Add to that fact that a close around $51.60 - $51.75 ish would leave a textbook hanging man on MSFT. MSFT is also sitting above the top BB and has its highest +di level in the past year as well. A gap down tomorrow would likely leave another baby on the indices and a high volume reversal on the MSFT charts.
