Dear MACA: Methinks you have not done your own research on the Y2K industry. Luckily, you fell into one of the better Y2K compliance companies, however it is not the ONLY one with an "automatic tool" (incidentally NO TOOL is automatic the best that can be accomplished is about 60% of the process rest is manual--PTUS claims the 60% spot). Yes, there will be life after 2000. For one thing other mass change opportunities exist such as Eurodollar conversion, Japanese extention of telephone digits, for another thing the successful Y2K companies will have OODLES of CASH to invest in expanding business. Besides reviewing this board, go to PTUS, 2000, and TPRO boards and you will be amazed at what you learn. JDN
