Don: NOVL is not a company that you can use charts to predict the "bottom".

Their market share is declining.
Their customer base is implementing competitive products, and isn't as loyal as they used to be.
Customer "perception" is that their technology no longer is leading edge.
The need for thier core technology product is decreasing.
Netware is no longer mainstream copy in the computer trade rags.

Their partners are covering their bases with "strategic" relationships with the competition. (i.e., netware services for AIX. IBM also has NT services for AIX, which has been shipping for OVER A YEAR.

In other words, put your money in something else. I believe the stock will go considerably lower. Don't look for a buyout either. Prospective suitors know that Netware's days are numbered.

If you are hell-bent on keeping NOVL, then consider selling some covered calls on your position to generate some income.
