Hi Michael. That's what happened! What a long, drawn-out affair. It's now nearly 7 years ago and still unresolved. The WAT [War Against Terror] could go on for a century at this rate if they can't sort out spectrum and a bankruptcy in a decade. Globalstar is wallowing on, 2 years after it should have been restructured. Amazing. Mqurice
