Why is it that we don't her anything about the 714 million Euro Turkish bath Nokia took or the 306 million Euro writeoff on MobilCom? All within the last year. Adds up to real money, 1.2bn Euros.

I'd be a bit concerned since carriers are not currently the most credit-worthy types around.

I suppose the hackles will be raised only if a few more hundred millions are written off.
