That's right Gottfried - 7. Price – average closing price of a security is less than $1.00 over a consecutive 30 trading day period (D) Once notified, the company must bring its average share price back above $1.00 by the later of its subsequent annual meeting date if shareholder approval is required for resolution or six months following receipt of the notification.
