You may have hit it on the head, J-X ... the news media had absolutely no business reporting on that ... actually the government had no business discussing it with the media unless it was a trial balloon to check public reaction to using the military for civilian police work ... there are simply many aspects of an investigation that do not need to be reported ... many years ago, all it took was for a CoP to tell us that he'd appreciate it if we'd keep something under our caps until he gave us the go-ahead ... we'd have gone to jail before repeating it ... these semi hysterical idiots we have gathering news today would rebel at a suggestion like that ... hmmmmmmmm That or the announcement of the air surveillance.
