I agree completely. We need an SEC Chairman that is young, ballsy, and speaks loud enough to be heard. So we can get just that done. The stock market needs a good house cleaning. Even these "stings" really don't do much to these guys. Almost seems for show more than anything else. Money says Mark Valentine gets off way easier than he should.
