those aren't just low trins, they are two trins in a row that are .50 or less (on the NYSE) (three in a row on the NAZ recently)

23 examples in the last 22 years (the last one after 10/9/98 was 5/15/00), or one half of one percent of the time

and many have occurred at 4 year cycle lows

what bugs me is that the 1 percent volume oscillator has not flushed below
-100 to -160 or so, which means I can't be a serious investor

but it may be a decent bottom... maybe...have to keep an open mind
