Hi Gottfried, I am familiar with NASDAQ criteria for delisting. I have not seen anything about NYSE and the magic $1.00 level. I've looked for the NYSE and $1.00. If anyone can link me to the information for that(NYSE delisting criteria), I would be very appreciative. I have searched, but did not find anything related to stock price. Bob
