Universal Ice Blast Signs Manufacturing Agreement With Prometco Inc. Agreement Will Provide Working Capitol for Automotive Industry Orders
KIRKLAND, Wash., Oct. 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Universal Ice Blast, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: UIBI) announced today that they have entered into a manufacturing licensing agreement with Prometco Inc., a machine builder and metal fabricator in Woodinville, Washington.
"Prometco's experience and lean manufacturing capabilities will inevitably lead to lower costs for us. This agreement will also give Universal Ice Blast the working capital necessary for orders from the automotive industry," noted Rory Clarke, Chairman & CEO of UIBI.
Clarke went on to observe, "The quality of Prometco's product was evident in the machine we delivered to Ford earlier this year. This is a win-win for both companies as our product line supplements their machine building business and at the same time frees our staff to concentrate on product development, design and marketing. We have developed a close working relationship with John Mike, COO, and the team at Prometco, working together to get our product delivered in record time."
