Thanks, for me the term road show is used when financing is going to take place and the proposed underwriter takes the issuer out to regional offices to do a dog and pony show for the sales staff so they can sell the offering. In the case of MNG it might be debt if they are going to raise capital.

Have never heard of a road show to just introduce the company to others. Could be wrong. Have nothing against debt financing if it is needed but thought the bank financing was supposed to take care of initial needs at Doris.
