Sorry, here it is
NEWMONT MINING STEPS UP PACE: Denver-based Newmont Mining Corp., the world's biggest gold producer, said it will spend 16 percent more on exploration next year because of higher gold prices, with about one-third of the exploration budget being used in Australia. The company plans to spend $85 million on exploration in 2003, up from $73 million this year. About two-thirds of the $85 million will be spent in Nevada, South America, Turkey and Ghana. Newmont said it is stepping up its search for reserves after gold surged 13 percent this year. (Bloomberg)
