nature and price of the offering. Similar to the recent Xenova offering - ie we don't want to wait until our backs are really against the wall, even if we don't like the price. Funding window seems to be slightly ajar, with NPSP raising nearly $100m as well. (edit) Sorry for this... Wilder really shouldn't be so modest.
