My point is that the Clinton Administration, originally expressed a willingness to go to war with North Korea over development of nuclear weapons. Such a war, would have ended North Korean development of plutonium or any other weapons grade nuclear material.

I thought that Jimmy Carter's agreement with North Korea allowed the return of inspectors!

You are incorrect about Bush stalling the return of inspectors. The fact is that Iraq's statement of unconditional access for UN inspectors - set conditions on the return of inspectors, that would not allow them to do their jobs.

Do you think Iraq is more trustworthy than North Korea?
