The North Korean leaders are more like a cult than leaders of a nation. They really are the most puzzling actors on the international stage.

I've seen commentary lauding them for having chem and bio weapons but not using them on their people. That is simply unbelievably naive. They don't use them on their people because they don't have to use them. The average N. Korean is practically a slave--there is no need to use WMDs on him.
