Earlie,

Speaking of the analytical community, a few months back I had a short position in JPM. After the market closed one day,a judge's ruling came down that went against JPM for $1 billion concerning some insurance they had bought regarding Enron. Before the market opened the next morning an analyst with a major WS firm issued a "strong buy" on JPM and the stock opened up.

They lose a $1 billion court case and the stock opens up! It was in the mid 30's at the time. It bothers me that nothing ever gets said about stuff like that, except of course on this thread.
