<Martha is going to get charged by all accounts> I have to agree. My question is does it matter to the stock price? That may seem like a dumb question but I would be surprised if she sees jail. Tippees don't go to jail, but if she lied to federal agents, she might. More curious is the issue of whether her customers or subscribers care if she has legal problems or in fact if she goes to jail. Common sense says that it should matter and kill the stock. But nothing is rational in this market particularly when most of the float is short. I'm long for the entertainment value.
