I'm not playing semantics I'm dealing with facts. I have seen nothing from any administration offical that says that Saddam has nukes. I have seen "Saddam has WMD" and "Saddam is working on nukes and may have them soon" but those are not the same thing.

Tim, give me a break. I understand you're dealing with facts but the administration has not. They have strongly hinted that Saddam has or is very close to having nukes, and have suggested that they have the evidence to back up their claims. When push comes to shove, that evidence has been missing. However, people often don't read the fine print, and the administration knows that. So they accomplish their mission on supposition rather than facts.

Given the stakes, its a cheap shot and should be beneath the president and his administration.
