GV, by 'procedural' I meant that they had to follow NYSE rules, and could not wait for a later day, or negotiate smth, etc... What will happen if something does happen and their price settles above a buck? I sense they will still go with the reverse split. Some of the reasons for that will be lowering the share count, reducing the spending on shareholders' paperwork, making the price more respectable... especially if they sell one or many of their businesses.
