Seeing the recent ogoing actions against Anderson shows just how important that intangible quality of respect is to anyone in the service sector.

I don't think she is as vulnerable as they were as client trust/respect within the public accounting profession is of much greater importance to the relationship.

Her sector is becoming more competitive everyday though and it seems that it would likely hurt some of the very upscale ads she gets. As well, i saw a comparison with Rosie, Oprah and another mag and Martha's ad page numbers were all lower but the total revenues were higher. I think the premium that she commands will suffer significantly if she is charged. Picture the newspaper and media coverage of Martha in cuff's like the Enron and Adelphia people!
