I would need the advice of a computer wizard here!
I got a problem with my windows ME OS, I think I have because when ever I reboot I get the message:
ERROR Starting Program
A required .DLL file, LTFIL 10N.DLL, was not found

what am I to do.
I got a HP Pavilion Recovery CD, where it says I can restore the software on the computer if it becomes corrupted or is accidently erased.. It contains a back up copy of the software originally installed and can ONLY be used with an HP Pavilion PC ( well, thats what I have).
I can choose to restore all of the software that originally came with the computer without reformatting tge hard disk, or I can reformat tge hard disk and then restore all of the original software.

My question to an expert is:
I don't know how to reformatt and don't want to attempt it, since I will also lose any software I have installed since, so this is out.
IF I use the recovery program, will I have my computer back, after it, with all my internet connection AOL, etc. etc.
or do I haave to re do these too?
I really appreciate any advise
Thanks E
