I'm very quick to bitch at poor service so it's only fair that I praise good service. I bought an Antec KS-282 case exactly a year ago. A few weeks ago the power supply started making a humming noise when I cold booted. If I tap the power supply during the cold boot the hum stops. The case comes with a 3 year warranty. Antec's web site has the usual RMA info but makes no mention of cross shipping. I called Antec yesterday but got a recording after being transferred to service. They called me back today and are shipping me a new power supply which they charged to my credit card. When I ship the old one back they'll credit me.
