My understanding is that Wall Street Associates is a PR subsidiary of MillenniuM Holdings. The invitation has been sent to financial analysts, brokers, fund managers, etc. It was not sent directly to shareholders because it is not technically speaking a shareholder's meeting. I am of the belief that the response has been strong and that a number of energy fund managers will be attending. While I did not get this from Gary, I would not be surprised if some substantive news were announced at the meeting (just a guess on my part).

Most important to me, however, is that the company will be in a position next Monday to clarify a lot of the questions that have been raised by shareholders. Since it was AIPN that took it upon itself to organize this meeting, I have to assume that they not only anticipate the questions but feel confidant that they will be able to provide satisfactory answers.

Cheers...Faris
