Keep in mind that as sales increase there usually is a directly proportional increase in SG+A spending. Higher sales commissions and bonuses are often paid as a function of increased revenues. Watching the ratio of SG+A increases to higher sales revenues should give one a good indicator of how efficiently management is running things.
