I think it might be accurate to say that either 1 - They have exagerated the evidence of a large and quickly progressing nuke program in Iraq or 2 - They have more evidence but wont release if for some reason, perhaps they don't want to compromise sources, perhaps they don't want Iraq to know where our targets will be or perhaps its just this administrations enormous concern for secrecy (sometimes even when it is not really needed).

I'll go that far but I can't go as far as you do because as I said before I have not seen or heard any statement by an adminstration offical saying "Saddam has nukes".

I personally think that the chance that Saddam has working nukes is only a few percent. The chance that he will have them in a decade if we do nothing is however pretty good.
