Ted there have been reports of many tons of WMD materials. Not nukes but chemical weapons and some evidence of bio weapons (or at least of an effort to make them).

Do you think the inspectors (who did find a lot) could possibly have gotten 100% and also so crippled the program that since 1998 Saddam can't do what some Japanese cult could do and make some chemical weapons?

And how hard do you think these things are to hide. A chemical shell can fit in a duffel bag or even in an oversized coat pocket. A bio weapons facility can fit in a small ordinary looking building. Iraq has 432,162 sq km of land area. Russia can account for all of its own weapons by some accounts it can not account for all of its nukes. The US army is far from perfect in its inventory of weapons and ammo. How do you think foreign inspectors can find all of the weapons or even almost all without the cooperation of the local government?
