Kaiser says buy Diamonds North for Dia Met potential

John Kaiser, writing in an Oct. 15 Bottom-Fish Tracker, says Diamonds North (then 65 cents) is a top priority buy in the 50- to 75-cent range for its Victoria Island play. This is Mr. Kaiser's first substantial report since listing in July. He says the Victoria Island projects of Diamond North have long been perceived as a low-grade science project, but when the junior recently published results for a snippet of hypabyssal kimberlite from the Sand Piper kimberlite that suggested a five- to 10-carat-per-tonne grade, overnight the area became extremely interesting. If Diamonds North can demonstrate that this sample was not spiked by some rare mantle nodule of diamond rich eclogite, and then demonstrate that there is a lot more of this high-grade kimberlite, Diamonds North could turn into the next Dia Met. Diamonds North stock is not going haywire because there remain quite a few "ifs," but it is trending up. Speculators realize that the Blue Ice project is carrying an implied value of only $10-million. Mr. Kaiser senses Haywood would like a winner for all the right reasons and may not want to squeeze Diamonds North through the "dilution mill."
