I just saw "The Real Saddam" on the Discover channel. Highly educational, do see it.

For instance, when they were debriefing Hussein Kamel, Saddam's cousin & son-in-law, after his spectacular defection in 1995, he revealed Saddam's plans for his first two nuclear bombs:

1) truck one over the border into Kuwait and set it off
2) float one into Haifa harbor and set it off

Oh, yeah, this guy is deterrable, let's bet on it.
