why does it matter when he mentions it? You could make more money shorting it from $5 (where he mentioned it) down to $2.50, then from $12 down to 2.50

at $12, it was a crapshoot, looked like the 4500 other cash flow neg POS out there, but at $5, one was sure this was heading down and thus, put more money into the short.
