Hard to believe they downgrade a sector leader with 3 bucks in cash, no debt and profitable. I guess Merrill reiterated its Buy with a target of $7.50. I sold prior to earnings and bought it all back in the am for the same price. DCTM is also doing well in this environment. Used to own it years ago. Very good co. Good Luck
