The deal is he hit Chambers in the shoulder with his helmet. If the NFL wants to fine they need to adjust the call to leaving his feet. I'm telling ya thats exactly the way I want my players to stick WR's coming over the middle. It was a perfect skull buster. Usually when you get big hitters its because they play off the ball and allow the receiver to make the catch and they come in late. That was a perfectly timed brainstew......I view that as a legal hit.
