Just saw the end of Fox's Bulls and Bears show and they asked Toby (ChangeWave guy) what he thought of Qualcomm. Toby said that his "favorite shipping boy" has moved up from 25 to 35, but he doesn't like the stock and it's still a 25 dollar stock--SELL IT. Then the host asked the panel if anyone there liked Qualcomm, and they all sat silent.
