I managed to find the file.LTFIL 10N,DLL
Company Name: LEAD Technologies, Inc.Product
Productname: LEAD TOOLS DLL for Win32

I never heard of them>
Now what? shall I just delete it, or leave as is, and go through rebooting etc. when ever it shows up and gives me grieves?
I somehow find my system much slower lately too, not sure if it is related.
Appreciate very much any input from anyone
