I thought that might be the case.

Do you follow JNPR's bonds at all? They sold about $1B a few years back and to my knowledge, just sat on the cash. (they are callable in March 2003). I am certain that they are pretty heavily discounted at this point, but I am not certain that they have been discounted enough yet.

I am a neophyte with bonds, but like the idea of eventually buying distressed corp bonds.
