You need to understand that God doesn't do things the way we wish them to be done. A Palestinian could have lived in Jerusalem for up to ten generations thus believing he is the rightful heir to the land. Perhaps maybe even his forefathers had turned to Christianity. Then along comes a Jewish bulldozer and runs his house right into the ground. The Jews say this is our land now and you have two minutes to vacate and never come back. Sure it seems like a good time for vengence, but alas the man looks up to the heavens and asks God why this has happened. His only reply comes from going to the scriptures and reading that God gave the land to the Jews. If they want to act upon the promises and fight to take it back then so be it.

God is not the one unjust, mens perceptions are. As Christians we have the opportunity to press into the kingdom and receive the things of God. Though a devil may block our way and prevent us from overcoming by convincing us it's not ours for the taking God sees it entirely different in that aspect as well.

I recall in Pilgrims Progress how everyone wanted to gain entrance to a glorious city. Many were saying sign me up, i want entrance. Well then they see a bunch of men with clubs barring the way. You want it then go through us. Nearly all of them shy away. Well, one man comes up and says sign me up. Puts on a helmet and fights his way through. Next scene we see him gaining a glorious entrance. It's the Lord who said the violent take it by force. Now he wasn't referring to thieves gaining what they want, He was referring to those stepping out in faith and fighting for what God had already promised. Without faith it is impossible to please God.

Oh the blindness of men to refuse such a gracious gift.
