One word of caution Bob and i hope it doesnt get worse.
For one large bank client of mine, my proposal would save them roughly 250K/month for a superior product in the sense that it suits their needs better. They are in the middle of reorgs and a conversion of a decent size bank they recently bought. They just cant find the manpower internally to do the minimal amount of work necessary to save the 250k/month. Total internal cost for them, perhaps 50k and i am not charging a setup.
Is this unique do you think or symptomatic of what the layoffs have brought us. Soon with my firms next round of layoff, we will have difficulty in meeting time lines for customers like this. This cycle worries me. mike
