Ho Chi Minh was a charming, extremely intelligent politician who talked about his admiration of democracy to Americans, and his admiration of communism to the Soviets and Chinese.

You don't judge people by their words, you judge them by their deeds.

If "Uncle Ho" believed in democracy, why did he establish a totalitarian dictatorship in North Vietnam, causing a million or two Buddhists and Catholics to flee to South Vietnam due to fears (realistic fears) of persecution?
