on 10/9/02 at approx -75

then it started wave 1 up from there, and needs to get overbought at somewhere around +100

this has nothing to do with Elliott waves, although it may -please consult your favorite E-Wave prognosticator(s)

so far this is just a thought - other pieces of the puzzle have to fall together
