There isn't a name Fund that doesn't have that provision. Dave...maybe i'm over~reacting...but that seems like a huge revelation to me... a clause that has always been there, but the funds haven't taken advantage of it until now.. anecdotally..i personally spoke with three family members this weekend who have mutual funds and are watching this rally with skepticism...they are very anxious to get out on this pop if it fails...(and this is the first time they have ever been this anxious to get out and stay out) i really don't think they have any idea that there is a clause like this in their fund...i think if they knew this, it would greatly add to their anxiety....and it would definately sway them to sell...
