Hi Sq. I've seen the phraseology in Janus, Fido and some T. Rowe funds. I must admit that it's been a while since I've looked over any of their prospectuses, so I wouldn't be giving that advice to your family unless you see it first hand.

I had this discussion with someone over on the CFZ and they actually pulled the pertinent phrase from some Prospectus, I can't remember which one. But as I recall, it seemed pretty unambiguous.

If I get some time today I'll see if I can't track something down for you. No promises though, I've got a sick year old on my hands, -g/ng-.
