Hi Mike, The shortage is the result of the technology becoming familiar. In the past these were big blue chip installs only.The installation included consultants/and or in house specialists - actually both. Now as a small army of people have learned much of this is a plug and go installation - most of it is accomplished with an install training/setup team and they're off to the next project. No doubt a shortage but the number aof applications is so large that the lowered cost factor has created demand. This is a wonderful evolution to increased implementation of advanced technology - it is nothing to fear. In fact it is the demand we've needed - it just what the doctor ordered. Demand is a good thing. Bob
