chap - Europeans don't need mobile data. It's a societal thing. So not only can't they have it due to their system of protecting NOK and others but they justify it by saying that what they have is vastly superior to that of the US and when you corner them with a few facts they either refuse to accept them of alternatively say 'well who needs mobile data anyway'.

Every day that goes by Europeans get left further behind by the US and Asia.
