Tim, you don't think telling the world I plan to add more AMB's to my overflowing arsenal is not an anti peace move?

1 - What overflowing arsenal. Right now we have zero active ABMs.

And we don't have any ICBMs either or any other defensive/offensive weapons. Then what are our billions of defense dollars spent on?

Give me a break, Tim. The only reason we and the Russians agreed to the ABM treaty was because AMBs were not all that great for defense. My point was that a rejection of even this minor attempt at peaceful behavior sends a signal to the rest of the world we are not so committed to peace.

2 - I do not think it is at all an anti-peace move. The alternative would be to go to hair trigger status more and more to try to deal with the expanding missle threat.

The expanding missile threat? What? The only country that I know of that's expanding their missile arsenal faster than we are is Israel. However, if you mean Pakistan, they are our ally, remember?
