and when spx can do it on its own, the purse string doesn't need to be so loose then. also notice at each critical juncture, we get some kind of upgrades / reassurances on key stocks ... started with csco upgrade (stong buy on valuation basis), then came ibm, ... i wonder why Ballmen did not say the same thing just 2 days ago during msft cc ?
