Ibexx; INTC may have variabilty but it's not enough
to do much good with.
In the past after INTC takes off I could find some
with a delayed start that would do a sort of catch up.
AMD is one that does a catch up..
then sells down like crazy.
Buy both and rebalance on run ups.
When the SOXX out runs INTC get out.
