Steve, North Korea's admission puts a real strain on the South's "sunshine policy" in dealing with the North. Even as I was coming back from Seoul three weeks ago, North-South relations were at its warmest level in decades.

Lots of people in Korea despised Bush for throwing the North into an "axis of evil." I hope now most of them realize that Bush has been right all along.
