So what exactly do you think an AQ sniper would be telling Chief Moose in a private phone call? Release all my comrades in arms from Guantanamo Bay or I pick off all 200+ million Americans one by one? Don't you perhaps think an AQ terrorist might rather communicate his demands to the President instead of a local police chief?
