Shorts or puts on the debt-encumbered is THE low risk game in this high risk casino. It makes little sense to pick a fight with the healthy (in relative terms) when there are so many walking wounded out there to knife in the back. (g)

This is nothing more than a standard bear market rally, (irrespective of Richard Russel getting cold feet). (g)
